Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM)
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
