Refund policy

At Urban Deals, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on urbandeals.space.
1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
--------------------------
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them;
- In the original packaging, with tags and labels attached;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any item that has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at urbandeals.space@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the standard return process above.
8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at urbandeals.space@gmail.com .
