This Shipping Policy explains how Urban Deals processes and delivers orders placed on urbandeals.space.
1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the continental U.S. unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after an order ships are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and weather conditions.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Any applicable free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Urban Deals is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or resend such orders.
